CMION offers the most efficient and cost-effective service for all AB-Sciex mass spectrometers and HPLC systems, including Agilent, Shimadzu, Eksigent, and LC packing HPLC instruments. CMION was founded on mass spectrometer engineering and analytical chemistry, and we offer service contracts, customer training, and application support.
- CMION provides repair and maintenance services for Sciex mass spectrometers, Agilent HPLC systems, Shimadzu HPLC systems, Eksigent Nano HPLC systems, and CTC autosamplers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- CMION offers variable service contracts with excellent hardware support for LC/MS and LC/MS applications, including proteomics.
- Contract customers will receive a 2-hour response time and 24 hours of on-site service in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- We have a 24/7 emergency hotline for contract customers.

CMION offers customers in the San Francisco Bay Area a one-year warranty for refurbished mass spectrometers and HPLC systems . Other area customers in the US will incur travel and shipping charges for parts, depending on the distance from San Francisco.

- CMION provides completely refurbished mass spectrometers, including installation and warranty by experienced engineers. Our refurbished mass spectrometers perform beyond the manufacturer’s operating specifications.
- CMION is entirely behind our products! After installation, if you’re not satisfied with its performance, we will resolve the issue to meet your satisfaction within an agreed-upon time frame or replace it with another refurbished system.
- You may stop by our demo lab and choose a complete LC/MS setup with an autosampler, HPLC, and mass spectrometer. These innovative solutions and services will enable our customers to optimize their efficiency in both finance and science.
