• CMION provides completely refurbished mass spectrometers including installation and warranty by experienced engineers. Our refurbished mass spectrometer performance exceeds manufacturer’s operating specifications. 
• CMION is fully behind of our products!  After installation, if you’re not satisfied with its performance, we will fix the problem to meet your satisfaction within an agreed-upon time limit or replace it with another refurbished system.
• You may stop by our demo lab and choose a complete LC/MS settings that include auto sampler, HPLC and mass spectrometer. This innovative solutions and services will provide our customers to maximize their efficiency in both finance and science.

Warranty & Support

• CMION provides one year warranty for refurbished mass spectrometers and HPLC systems in San Francisco Bay Area customers only.  Other area customers in US will have travel charge and shipping charge for parts and it is depending on the distance from San Francisco, California. 
• With purchasing service contract for a mass spectrometer and HPLC, CMION provides complete service and support including parts and labor.  
• CMION provides additional customer training for contract customer including basic DMPK, small  molecule analysis and proteomics.
